You don’t have to have a boat to taste the delights of Cavendish Gourmet Catering. We are available to provide quality hot or cold food for any event or function afloat or ashore.
From a light snack to a three-course meal, we can create meals to suit any occasion and any number of guests.
Whether you require a selection of delicious quiches, sandwiches, canapés or buffet snacks or something more substantial, we can come up with a menu to suit you.

Scallop cerviche – Fresh Scallops marinated in lime juice, chilli oil, coriander and spring onion.
Potted crab – Local white crabmeat mixed with lemon, cream and parsley topped with a mace infused clarified butter.
Mussels Italian style – Helford mussels in half shells with a pesto and parmesan topping and flash grilled.

Peking duck pancakes – Crispy duck with hoisin, finely sliced cucumber and spring onions wrapped in Chinese pancakes.
Rare roast beef rolls – Thin slices of fillet with a horseradish, coarse green peppercorn and cream cheese filling.
Quiche selection – Asparagus and goats' cheese, spinach, basil and sundried tomato.
Marinated chicken skewers – Grilled and served with a spicy peanut and coconut satay sauce. |
Hot pitta chips – Pitta triangles, baked with thyme, rosemary and garlic butter with a sour cream dip.
Vegetable spring rolls – Oriental mixed veg, soy and sesame oil wrapped in wontons.
Puds – Mixed fruit with chocolate and amaretto dipping sauce, individual mixed patisserie selection or Cheeseboard and biscuits. |
