Instructions

Defrost or cook in a microwave. (Follow your microwave oven’s directions)
Or, defrost and then cook in a reasonably hot oven (180-200 degrees centigrade approx) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove lid before cooking.

Use within 3 months of purchase. All ingredients are listed on the bottom of the dishes.
